The Union catalogue The French Information Resource Centre (FIRC), has been catering to the information needs of the online resource community with resources of its 13 Alliance Française libraries.

FIRC provides document support services to the users of the Union Catalogue through inter-library services offered in different cities.

This database, conforming to the ISO 900 standards, consists of about 75,0000 records of DVDs, books, periodicals, audio CDs compiled to serve as an important information tool for locating documents on contemporary France.
