Membership criteria

Our membership is open to all, with or without the knowledge of French.  Parents have to support their children if their age is below 15. All memberships are valid from 1st January to 31st December.

Documents required: An Identity proof, a valid proof of postal address & 1 photograph

Loan details

At any given time, a combination of only 2 materials (novels- comics-revues- magazines-audio cassettes / CDs) can be borrowed for the stipulated time limits decided for each genre.

No other materials can be borrowed along with a video material. (Video cassettes / DVDs)
