Membership is valid for one year and is made on the spot. The membership gives right to access to borrow documents at FIRC (restricted to only multimedia).
Documents required: 2 recent photographs & a valid address proof.

Loan details
The membership card give an access to 17 documents for a period of 3 weeks : 4 books, 3 books FLE, 2 children books, 2 comics, 2 magazines, 2 video/Dvd & 2 CDs. The new arrivals can be borrowed only for 1 week. The extension of documents can be done over the phone.
